Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If your order says delivered but you have not received it please contact your local shipping department or police department. 

If you received a wrong item, please send us an email right away at defocosmetics@gmail.com so we can fix the issue and make things right. 

Refunds
In rare cases if we allow a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
